I enjoy doing fulfillment and do it myself. I usually ship within 1-2 business days using USPS Priority mail, which will automatically send you the tracking information, and guarantees 1-5 day delivery (typically 1-3 days for the Western states, and 3-5 for Eastern).
WHAT'S THIS ABOUT EXTRA HEARTS?
I'm not your typical wholesaler. I'm a stone carver and stay-at-home-dad trying to make the world a better place... and I NEED YOUR HELP to reach the people in your community.
Sending extra hearts actually helps a lot of people, myself included. This is how:
- If any hearts accidentally break in the mail, they're automatically replaced. (I've never had to send wholesale replacements in seven years.)
- WHEN YOUR FIRST PACKAGE ARRIVES, you can immediately use the extra hearts as gifts to encourage and inspire your family, friends, volunteers, employees, etc. (It's my sneaky way to get you to help me spread love, compassion, hope, and kindness one heart at a time. ♡)
- EACH TIME YOU REORDER, first use the extra hearts to refresh and replace any old, broken, or missing inventory. Then repeat #2.
