I've had SO much fun carving these into hearts! 

I grew up playing billiards every evening with my dad, as did many of you with your loved ones, and carving these billiard balls is incredibly nostalgic. 

When you purchase a ball, you'll receive all five hearts and five affirmations cards.

Whether you transform them into jewelry, or gift them to loved ones, I hope each time you see them they remind you that you matter, you are loved, and that the world is a better place because you are in it.

And, as always, for every heart that I sell, it enables me to donate several in the next school kindness assembly that I do. 

*The higher cost reflects the cost of the billiards ball plus the amount of time I spent carving it. On average, it takes me just over an hour to carve one ball (not including prep and cleanup). 

And did I mention that carving them is really stinky? Most of the modern billiards balls are made from epoxy resin. Carving them releases a strong, unpleasant odor. Thank heavens for my handy-dandy respirator! 

The inspiration for carving billiards balls came from many of my followers on Instagram and TikTok sharing with me a video of a woman making extremely expensive billiard ball jewelry. I don't remember her name, but her work was really cool! (I don't think she is still making them.)
